42 year old woman from Charleston seeking breast augmentation who wished to have volume restoration after pregnancy and breast feeding. She underwent breast augmentation with Sientra HP 350cc implants placed under the muscle through an IMF incision. She went from 34B to full C/small D and is shown 4 months after surgery.
